Yoga weekend in Norfolk, England

Tending the roots.

Please join me for a non-residential weekend of yoga by the sea in beautiful North Norfolk in England!

The focus will be on exploring some of what I feel to be roots of practice:

🔻 Intention. Attending to the why of practice more than the what.  This can be as simple as asking the question “What matters most?”. Answers may or may not be clear but there is power and shifts that happen by asking the question.

🔻 Appreciating and utilising the power of the breath. How the way we breathe alters how we feel. Coherent breathing . why and how.

🔻 Meditation - sitting, standing, walking and laying down! We may have time for all!

🔻 Nature & seasonal wisdom - how following the wheel of the year can support us in crafting our practice and how the beauty of nature is essential to spiritual nourishment. Nature as teacher and support. In discussion and reflection.

🔻 Sound - for its healing resonance and rhythm. We will use mantra, music and humming!

All levels of experience are welcome. In the morning I will share a yoga flow and in the afternoon the focus will be on restorative postures and Yoga Nidra.

You will receive a full outline schedule and directions a couple of weeks before the weekend.

Lots of lovely places to stay in the area for those coming from further afield - our base will be the village hall in Cley-Next-The-Sea.

Suggested payment is €100 for the weekend. If you are unable to join for both days you are welcome to attend for just one but priority will be given to those booking the whole weekend.

Days will run from 10:30am -5:30pm with a 2 hour break for lunch - bring your own or wander into Cley to one of the many places to have lunch. You can also wander down to the beach.

Spaces limited to 16.
