On the weekend of the Spring Equinox join us for four hours of guided practice. Leave feeling refreshed, more balanced and ready to transition into the fullness of spring.
This event is designed as an online immersive retreat, including four hours of BBM practices.
You will also receive 12-months access to recordings of the Retreat sessions – perfect for you to repeat on your own or if you cannot join us live! Only the teachers are recorded.

Open to everyone who has a regular BBM practice, or has completed a BBM Fundamentals course. Experienced BBM practitioners, instructors and teachers are welcome to attend for self-care and personal practice.
You will not be required to teach or lead practices as this is not a certification training. You can attend with your camera on or off.
