Winter Meditation course


An online course to develop awareness, poise and lovingkindness through meditation practice.

  • Deepen or begin your meditation practice.

  • All levels of experience welcome - no experience necessary.

  • Draw on the teachings of the Buddha, the tradition of Yoga and other wisdom traditions.

  • Explore different postures for sitting meditation, mindfulness of body and breath as well as chanting and loving kindness as supports.

  • Join live or practice on your own with the recordings.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Mondays and Wednesdays 2-18 December.

6 x 45 minute classes from 11am Azores / 7am ET / 12pm UK

Each session will include an introductory talk and explanation of the practices, a guided practice and time for sharing and questions. Only the teaching will be recorded.

Offered on a donation pay-what-you-can basis.
