A New Year class series to inspire you to commit to practice.
For the past few years I have offered a Yoga Nidra practice series and this year I would like to offer something a bit different.
So Mondays will focus on Asana and Breathwork, Wednesdays will be Meditation and Fridays devoted to Yoga Nidra.
Short, easy to follow classes full of potent practices for you.
3 practices a week for 3 weeks.
10am-10:30am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Join me live when you can. Or simply practice with the recordings which I will send out after class.
Offered on a donation, pay-what-you-can, basis.
