Join me for this free online class as part of the British Wheel of Yoga’s launch of the ‘Yoga for Peace’ movement.
Simultaneous yoga events will take place at this time with the idea to unite people in a shared message of peace and hope for those affected by war and personal conflict.
The practice will include movement, chanting and meditation. There will be time and space for reflection and discussion (with no obligation).
All levels of experience are welcome.
Please bring what you need to be comfortable sitting and lying down.
